Northern Iran. A young boy equipped with his motorbike travels through the cities, the mountains and the Caspian Sea in search of a mythical stone said to bring happiness. Upon his journey, he crosses the paths of many other seekers who came before him. Through an intergenerational portrait of contemporary Iran, La Vallée Heureuse features the mythical and universal quest for blissfulness.
